The cost of soothing frayed female nerves

When in high school 10 years back, I'd never imagined I'd grow up to spend more than 12,000 yuan ($1,747) annually on facials, body care, wellness and fitness.

Just around two years into my first job, however, here I am, a proud owner of an annual membership card of a beauty salon.
