Luxury cosmetics brand Helena Rubinstein Inc has launched a campaign in China to help women start their own businesses, the company announced on Sept 12 in Shanghai.

The brand, which was founded by a Polish-American female entrepreneur and is now owned by French cosmetics conglomerate L'Oreal, will select and support 20 female entrepreneurs within the course of one year in partnership with ShePower, the first local professional training platform in China dedicated to women.

Part of the brand's global "Power Beauty" campaign, the China project is set to be a long-term venture, offering help to dozens of female entrepreneurs every year with the establishment of a "startup camp".
