Dezhou Braised Chicken

Dezhou braised chicken dates back to the emperors of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The chicken is braised for a long time with a complex mixture of traditional Chinese herbs, resulting in tender meat that can easily be separated from the bones by the tongue.

Yantai Apple

Yantai apples are known for their bright color and sweet taste. With more than 140 years of development, the apples have become a highlight of the seaside city and nearby regions.

This dish originated from Shandong cuisine. The dish offers the soft and tender taste of sea cucumber, the intense fragrance of scallions and the dark reddish brown sauce color.
