Think tanks seek win-win solutions

Think tanks from China and Japan gathered in Beijing on Friday to hail the 40th anniversary of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between China and Japan, and discuss a cooperative outlook for the upcoming years. Su Hao, director at the Center for Strategic and Peace Studies of the China Foreign Affairs University, said ties between the two governments should be strengthened to bolster the relationship between the two economies. According to representatives from Japan, an increasing number of Japanese enterprises are expressing a willingness to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative and have started exploring options for cooperation.
