African media tour takes in highlights of city
Attendees of the 2018 Seminar on Managers of Renowned Internet Media Organizations for African Countries, arrived in Changchun on Aug 20. Nineteen media representatives from countries including Ethiopia, Sudan and Uganda began a three-day visit.
They toured Jilin Television on Aug 20, and CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles and the Changchun World Sculpture Park the following day. Participants learned about and gained an appreciation of the work of medical aid teams from Jilin in Africa and about the studies of African students in Changchun.
The guests said they were proud to view works by African sculptors in a modern arts museum in the park.
