近年来，壳多肉少、味美汁香的小龙虾火了，甚至和啤酒一道成为看世界杯的必备品。其实，小龙虾以前很少出现在中国人的餐桌上，在不少地方只是小孩的玩物；而今，它却成了红遍中外的美食。
Crawfish are said to have been brought to China by the Japanese in the 1930s. Up until then, crawfish were seldom seen on Chinese tables.
