Colleague slaps boasting dad

A man, surnamed Li, has apologized for assaulting a colleague who frequently boasted about his son's performance at school. Li slapped his co-worker, surnamed Wang, in the face at their office in Tiantai county on July 23 after Wang said his son had been accepted by a key senior high school after scoring highly in an entrance examination in June. Li's son could only enroll in a vocational school. Police intervened after Wang reported the assault.
