Mudslide disrupts railway traffic

A mudslide caused by continuous rain in Yuexi county, Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture, buried a section of the Chengdu-Kunming railway on Thursday morning, resulting in the suspension of several trains, China Railway Chengdu Group said. No trains were passing by when the mudslide occurred. Emergency workers are rushing to repair the line.
