Li lauded for pair-fect moves

Li Xiangning is gaining high praise from Renee Roca, an American ice dancer and choreographer, as the Chinese skater transitions into competing in both pairs and singles for the first time.

At the Shougang Training Center on Wednesday, Roca spoke highly of Li, who previously was confined to singles. "She is amazing. She has learned how to do a triple-twist two months after arriving on the pairs roster."

To sustain a high level in both events at the Olympics is a formidable task, but Roca has confidence in Li.
