Officer's close shave helps homeless man get job

On our Sina Weibo

The long arm of the law can sometimes deliver a good trim. A police officer in Tallahassee, Florida, helped a homeless man get a job by shaving his beard last month. Desperate for work, the bearded man entered a McDonald's looking for a job. The restaurant said they couldn't hire him unless he shaved his beard. The officer witnessed this exchange and offered to help. He went into a nearby store and bought an electric razor and then delivered a close shave! McDonald's said they will hold a job for the man.
