China Daily | Updated: 2018-07-25 07:50

PARIS - A woman who survived Ebola four years ago may have infected her husband and two sons more than a year later, said a study on Tuesday, highlighting the need for "continued surveillance".

The seeming virus "flareup" killed one of the boys, a 15-year-old, according to research findings published in The Lancet Infectious Diseases medical journal.

The boy tested positive for Ebola in Monrovia, Liberia, on Nov 19, 2015, and died four days later, it said.
