Courier loses pay over trash quarrel

A food delivery rider had his salary docked after a female customer complained about his attitude when she asked him to take out her trash on June 21. The deliveryman, surnamed Wang, said he helped the woman toss the trash in the end, but she still filed a negative customer review because she believed he was rude during the conversation. The online food platform Wang works for deducted 50 yuan ($7) from his salary and barred him from accepting orders for 24 hours.
