Guideline issued on project review

The general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and State Council jointly issued a guideline to push forward reform on project review, talent evaluation and institution appraisal, Xinhua News Agency reported on Tuesday. The goal of the reform is to optimize the review management mechanism for science and technology projects.
