Red notice fugitive returns to China

Wang Qi, one of China's most-wanted fugitives, returned to China and surrendered himself to the police on Sunday, according to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on Monday. Wang, former director of the legal department of China Resources Microelectronics, is suspected of taking advantage of his position to embezzle company funds and property. He fled to Singapore in February 2013.
