Beijing technology impresses foreign reporters on visit

Journalists from countries involved in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization said they were impressed by technological achievements in the high-tech industry and modern agriculture in Beijing, during a recent group interview held by the local government.

The reporters investigated developments in personal electric vehicles, semiconductor materials, intelligent agriculture and virtual reality.

After trying her hand at using a self-balancing scooter, Inna Bandarovich, a reporter from International Radio Belarus, said that she was excited to have a go at the latest technologies.
