Video app, portal ordered to rectify

The Cyberspace Administration of Beijing and the city's Administration of Industry and Commerce ordered Douyin, a short video streaming app, and website Sogou to immediately delete any content that insults heroes and martyrs on Wednesday. The two administrations said the companies failed to perform their supervisory responsibilities, which led to the spreading of such content online.
