Bayer committed to promoting women's welfare

Bayer AG joined with the China Women's Development Foundation in May to raise women's gynecological health awareness by launching a knowledge sharing project.

Launched by the foundation with Bayer's sponsorship, the project educates women in China about gynecological health. The project includes putting publicity posters in hundreds of targeted hospitals and pharmacies nationwide, with input from thousands of doctors and pharmacists to reach those patients in need. The project has also launched online gynecology courses for patients.

The China Women's Development Foundation is cooperating with local hospitals to offer free clinics for women with gynecological conditions. The total project aims to reach 3 million patients, including potential patients.
