Xi's envoy to attend World Cup opening
President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Vice-Premier Sun Chunlan, will visit Russia from June 12 to 15 to attend the opening ceremony of the 2018 FIFA World Cup on June 14. She has been invited by the Russian government, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying told a news conference on Tuesday.
