Maine lobster dealers value Chinese market

Tom Adams started his lobster wholesale company in 2011, with an eye toward the international market.
That strategy has paid off.
His company, Maine Coast, has grown 125 percent over the past three years. Last year, the company shipped more than 3,175 tons of live lobster to 29 countries, including China, generating revenue of $57 million.
