Motorcyclist's stunt puts pupils in peril

A primary school in Zhenxiong county has been told to start road safety education for its pupils after six of them were filmed while perched on a motorcycle being ridden by a local man on May 10. Police launched an investigation after the motorcyclist, surnamed Zou, posted a video of their ride online. After he was detained, Zou said he had wanted to attract the attention of netizens. He said the six pupils had dismounted from his motorcycle after a ride of about 10 meters along a road. Zou was released after being warned about his dangerous stunt.
