Man hit with entry charge to go home

A man has had to buy tickets since last month to return to the sea-view villa in Ningbo's Songlanshan Vacation Area where he lives. The man, surnamed Hong, moved in after buying the villa for 20 million yuan ($3.16 million) three years ago. He used his property pass card to enter the scenic area until April, when he was told the card was invalid and he needed to buy a 30 yuan entry ticket. Other homeowners have also been affected, despite arguing that they are not trying to visit any tourist sites and merely want to go home. The issue is now the subject of negotiations between real estate agents and the area's management committee.
