Hangzhou gets new Party chief

Zhou Jiangyong, Party secretary of Wenzhou, has been appointed Party secretary of the Hangzhou Committee of the Communist Party of China. Born in September 1967, Zhou is the youngest member of the Standing Committee of the CPC's Zhejiang Committee. Zhou's predecessor, Zhao Yide, was appointed deputy Party chief of the CPC Hebei Committee in March.
