Biz environment improving: Survey

A recent survey shows that the business environment in Beijing has been improving. The Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics in Beijing surveyed 132 sci-tech or cultural firms about streamlining administration and optimizing services. Its official website did not specify when the survey was conducted. Three out of four, or 75.7 percent, of the companies surveyed thought the business environment had improved because fewer items were required for administrative review, and the review procedure had been simplified. Meanwhile, 81.5 percent of those polled had accessed the online qualification verification system and other public services. At least two out of three, or 67.3 percent, agreed that their users' experiences were good.
