DPRK takes latest steps toward reconciliation with the ROK
The Democratic People Republic of Korea will shift its clocks 30 minutes earlier to align its time zone with the Republic of Korea, and Seoul said it will remove loudspeakers that blared propaganda across the border, according to reports on Monday.
The moves come after Friday's historic summit at which DPRK top leader Kim Jong-un and ROK President Moon Jae-in agreed to end hostilities and work toward "complete denuclearization" of the Korean peninsula.
