Culture: Designer 'revives' Tang Dynasty imagery

An online post by Ao Luojia, a designer of Chinese Han clothing, or hanfu, that imitates the style of clothes worn by women during the Tang Dynasty (618-907), went viral during the Lantern Festival, which fell on Friday. Pictures by her show a lady appreciating yuanxiao, or sweet dumplings. They are inspired by a figurine of a Tang Dynasty woman, which is on display at the Shaanxi History Museum.
