Xi's new book is popular at sessions media center

The second volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China has proved popular at the media center for the two sessions.

"The books have been snapped up from the table very quickly," said an official with the media center, adding that 600 copies were prepared for the arriving journalists - 400 in Chinese and 200 in English.

Clifford Coonan, China bureau chief for the Irish Times, said he is interested in the book.
