Highways will be toll-free for festival holidaymakers

Highways will be toll-free for passenger cars from Thursday to Feb 21 when most people travel for the Spring Festival, according to the Ministry of Transport. Passenger cars with seven seats or less and motorcycles will get a free pass for all toll roads, bridges and tunnels during the holiday. It is estimated that 248 million people will hit the road during the holiday.
