ATC panel unveils new regulation

The Air Traffic Control Committee of the State Council and the Central Military Commission released a draft regulation on Friday to simplify the application and approval process for drone's flight plans in certain scenarios. Microdrones that fly outside the no-fly zones do not need to submit a flight plan for approval. Light and agricultural drones that fly at an appropriate altitude need only to report their real-time details.
