Kicking 'fetus' unravels puppy ploy

A university student who tried to smuggle a dog onto a flight to her hometown in Gansu province was stopped and fined at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport on Jan 11. The 21-year-old student hid her pet puppy inside a silicone prosthetic on her stomach and pretended to be pregnant. But she looked nervous and attracted the attention of security guards who pulled her aside for a closer inspection. Police were called when the student's "pregnant" belly started to move violently.
