Man 40% to blame for fatal accident

An electricity supply company was ordered to pay 370,000 yuan ($56,900) in compensation to the family of a man, surnamed Huang, who was electrocuted while fishing under a high voltage cable in Liuzhou. Huang's family asked for 630,000 yuan compensation in May but the court ruled that the defendant should only have to bear 60 percent of the responsibility.
