NBS to reveal key economic index on manufacturing
On Sunday, the National Bureau of Statistics will release the purchasing managers' index for December. The index is an indicator of manufacturing activity. The manufacturing PMI came in at 51.8 in November, compared with 51.6 in October. Analysts said the rising index shows the economy remains on track and the country will register stable growth in the third quarter.
