Clothing brand takes on the might of Apple
Chinese clothing brand Kon is suing Apple Inc, claiming the new Apple App Store logo has used the design of its trademark. Apple changed its App Store logo in August from the combination of a pencil, a ruler and a paintbrush to three sticks with rounded ends that overlap each other. Kon's trademark, registered in 2012, also features a triangular stick design, but the ends are sharp rectangles. Many industry insiders said the case is most likely to end up in conciliation.
