Gunman detained after killing 2
A police officer who shot two people dead on Friday and then fled with his gun was detained on Sunday afternoon, police in Hunan province said. Chen Jianxiang, 46, was working at the public security bureau of Xinhua county. After the killings the bureau offered a reward of 100,000 yuan ($15,000) for his capture.
