Noelle Ferns rises to VP of British Airways' China unit

British Airways has appointed Noelle Ferns, currently regional general manager for China and the Philippines, as the executive vice-president for China, effective Jan 1. Ferns has over 20 years of experience across different sectors, including senior management, sales and airport operations in Asia Pacific. Stephen Humphreys, head of global sales at British Airways, said Ferns is experienced in fostering relationships with customers and partners across the region. He expressed confidence in Ferns to develop the company's business in China. Ferns said she looked forward to joining the team to create more success in the next few years.
