Beijing briefing for media on reform of enterprises

The State Council Information Office will hold a media briefing on Friday in Beijing to introduce the latest progress and policy in the reform of State-owned enterprises. Wang Wenbin, vice-minister of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, will attend the event. The country has launched a series of reforms to invigorate its SOEs, including changing their shareholding structure, spinning off noncore assets and encouraging innovation.
