China-UK dialogue set for Friday

The 9th China-UK Economic and Financial Dialogue will be held in Beijing on Friday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang announced on Tuesday. Vice-Premier Ma Kai and British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond will co-chair the two-day dialogue, Lu said. The two countries will discuss the macroeconomic situation, policy, trade, investment, industrial strategy, financial reform, development of the financial market and bilateral cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
