Reconstruction done in quake zone

Reconstruction work in quakehit Ludian county has been completed, according to the reconstruction headquarters. By the end of November, 26.3 billion yuan ($4 billion) had been invested in the reconstruction, with 1,771 projects completed. A magnitude-6.5 earthquake jolted Ludian on Aug 3, 2014, killing 617 people, injuring 3,143 and causing direct economic losses of 19.8 billion yuan.
