Lanzhou mayor investigated
Luan Kejun, mayor of Lanzhou, Gansu province, is being investigated on suspicion of serious disciplinary violations, the anti-graft watchdog in Gansu announced on Wednesday. The announcement did not include details. Luan, 57, has spent most of his political career in Gansu. He was appointed mayor of Lanzhou last year.
