PLA seeks tips about fake news
The Chinese military launched a platform on Sunday that allows the public to report fake news and other online activity that could be harmful to the armed forces. The platform - www.81.cn/jubao/index.htm - accepts tips about people on social media who pretend to be military personnel, malicious posts about the People's Liberation Army and leaks of potentially classified information. China Military Online, the official website of PLA Daily, operates the site under the guidance of the Central Military Commission's Political Work Department.
