Foreign trade data expected to reveal double-digit growth
The General Administration of Customs will release China's foreign trade data on Wednesday. The volume of foreign trade jumped by 16.6 percent year-on-year to 20.29 trillion yuan ($3.06 trillion) in the first three quarters of the year, according to customs data. Both imports and exports are expected to register double-digit growth this year after demand rose as a result of improvements in the domestic and global economies, the administration said.
