Cabbie tries hug to escape fine

A female taxi driver in Xingyi attempted to get out of a parking fine on Oct 24 by hugging a police officer for 20 minutes. After the cabbie saw the officer leaving a ticket on her car for parking illegally, she tailed him in her vehicle. Once she caught up with him and he had got out of his vehicle, she threw her arms around him and refused to let go. The officer was only able to escape the woman's clutches by calling for backup.
