Province gets acting governor

Tang Yijun, former Party chief of Ningbo city in Zhejiang province, was appointed vice-governor and acting governor of Liaoning province during a session of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning People's Congress on Sunday. Tang has spent most of his political career in Zhejiang. Chen Qiufa, Liaoning's former governor, was appointed the province's Party chief on Saturday.
