Major SOEs change top executives

Twelve major State-owned enterprises reshuffled their top executives this month. Sun Yongcai will lead CRRC Corporation Ltd, a railway equipment supplier, as member of the board and deputy Party chief. Xi Guohua, vice-chairman and deputy Party chief of CRRC, stepped down and became chairman and Party chief of Xinxing Cathay International Group Co Ltd, which is mainly into metal smelting, processing, textiles and garments. China Poly Group Corp, a real estate and investment giant, appointed Chen Xiangdong and Chen Esheng to its new party committee.
