Blueprint Meets With International Optimism

Foreign leaders, political parties and organizations around the world have sent congratulatory messages to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. They speak highly of the CPC's leadership as well as China's socioeconomic development and global contributions, and express full confidence that the Party will lead China to even greater prosperity.
