Red Cross aids Mongolian kids

Twelve children from Mongolia returned home in October after getting heart surgery with no charge in the People's Hospital of northern Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The Red Cross Society of China, initiator of the program, gave each child a bag containing color pens, sketch books and Rubik's Cubes to encourage their quick recovery. The organization conducted a five-day heart disease examination in Ulan Bator, capital of Mongolia, in late September to give free medical support for 100 young patients.
