Gordon: Going ... going ... gone!
Light-hitting KC outfielder launches record homer in win over Toronto
TORONTO - Kansas City Royals' Alex Gordon is only batting .207, but on Tuesday night he broke Major League Baseball's all-time season home-run record by blasting the 5,694th long ball of 2017.
Gordon's homer off Toronto Blue Jays reliever Ryan Tepera broke a mark set in 2000 at the height of the Steroids Era.
