Joint conference system to boost private education

The State Council, China's cabinet, released a notice last week to establish an inter-ministry joint conference system to boost the development of private education.

The notice was submitted by the Ministry of Education. The mechanism is aimed at coordinating different ministries to tackle problems in the development of privately funded educational services.
