Washing machine plunges onto patio

A man living on the ground floor of a 30-story building in Xi'an is considering legal action against his upstairs neighbors after a washing machine fell from a balcony and damaged his patio. The man, surnamed Shi, discovered the damage at about 6 pm on July 14 after returning home from a trip. No one has admitted to owning the washing machine, so a lawyer has suggested Shi demand compensation from everyone who lives above him, despite the fact the property management company has promised to pay for repairs.
