Ex-accountant turns herself in
Huang Hong, who also went by the name Huang Li, a former company accountant in Hebei province, turned herself in on Monday after hiding for 19 years in the United States. She was 43rd on the list of 100 Chinese fugitives suspected of economic crimes and was subject to an Interpol red notice. She has been accused of embezzlement of public money.
