Organizers hope photographic event will educate visitors
WASHINGTON - "When I first looked from a distance, I thought it was a black man in uniform fighting for China," joked Tafari Excell, a visitor at a photographic exhibition about China's role in World War II.
Then he took a closer look at the picture and realized that it was a smiling Chinese pilot with a dark face.
